Orders are prepared and shipped within 24 business hours of purchase, provided it is not a holiday or non-business day. Delivery takes 24-48 hours on business days. Orders are shipped via Correos using certified express shipping, which provides tracking information at all times for both the customer and the company.

If you wish to change the delivery address after placing your order, it is essential that you notify us as soon as possible. Once the package has been shipped, it will not be possible to change the address.
